❗ Right of Withdrawal

According to EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product — except in certain cases, such as personalized or custom-made items.

🚫 Exceptions to Returns

Please note that most of our products (e.g., stickers and accessories) are custom-made or personalized upon order. For this reason, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 3l of Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Defective or damaged,
• Incorrect or not as described,

please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include a description and photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
