Exceptions to Returns
Please note that most of our products (e.g., stickers and accessories) are custom-made or personalized upon order. For this reason, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 3l of Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
