Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is carefully designed and produced using top-quality, waterproof materials — especially made to complement and enhance your Playmobil world.
Right of Withdrawal
According to EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Greek Law 2251/1994, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at:

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 additional days. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that most of our products (e.g., stickers and accessories) are custom-made or personalized upon order. For this reason, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include a description and photo of the issue. We'll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
