Order Handling Time
All orders have a handling time of 2–5 business days. This is the time we need to prepare, package, and dispatch your items. Handling time is in addition to shipping transit time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after handling time):

Domestic (within Greece): 2–5 business days (4.00€ - 7.00€)

International: 7–30 business days (8.00€ - 13.50€)

Please note: delivery time estimates may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, customs delays, or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials for evidence.
