6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are:

Greece: 4.00€ - 7.00€
European Union: 8.00€ - 13.50€

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at:

2–5 business days within Greece

7–30 business days for EU countries

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at playmoboxstore@gmail.gr.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
